Welcome to Blumzy! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blumzy platform, including our website, mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using Blumzy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old to use Blumzy. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into this agreement.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

• User Approval: All user can login after verifying there email.

• Designer Approval: All Designer require admin approval upon their first login.

• Account Security: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services Offered

Blumzy connects clients with professional interior designers. The platform allows:

• Clients to browse designer profiles and request services.

• Designers to showcase their portfolios and respond to service requests.

• Bookings and communication to occur securely within the platform.

Blumzy does not guarantee the outcome or quality of the services provided by designers. We are a facilitator, not a service provider.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

• Cash will also be accepted as payment.

• Refunds, cancellations, or service changes must be handled according to the platform’s cancellation and refund policy (if applicable).

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

• Use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content.

• Violate any third-party rights or local laws.

6. Designer Responsibilities

Designers must:

• Provide accurate information about their services, qualifications, and availability.

• Respond to client inquiries and service requests professionally.

• Comply with all applicable local regulations and licensing requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Blumzy Platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Blumzy or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of Blumzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blumzy is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

• Loss of profits or data.

• Any disputes or issues arising between clients and designers.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

11. Third-Party Links

Blumzy may include links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of such sites.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
